The short version

This website sets no cookies at all — not analytics, advertising, tracking, or otherwise. The only thing stored in your browser is a single functional preference, listed below. We measure site traffic with cookie-less tools that store nothing on your device and cannot follow you across sites (see “Cookie-less analytics” below). Because there are no cookies to opt in or out of, the site does not show a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add technology that does set cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any optional cookie is set.

Cookie-less analytics

To understand overall site traffic we use Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Both are privacy-preserving by design: they set no cookies, store nothing in your browser, do not fingerprint your device, and do not track you across other websites. They give us only aggregate numbers — page views, referrers, countries, and performance metrics — never a profile of you. Because nothing is stored on your device, these tools are not subject to cookie-consent requirements.

Local storage we use

Local storage is a browser feature similar to cookies, except it is never sent to our servers. We use it only to remember your accessibility preferences from the on-page accessibility settings panel:

These values stay on your device. You can clear them at any time through your browser’s site-data settings, and the site works fine without them.

Managing your browser storage

You can block or clear cookies and site data through your browser settings at any time. Because this site sets no cookies and the only thing it stores is a preference you chose, doing so will not break the site — at most, your accessibility preferences won’t be remembered between visits.
